A note on authority. We never decide what gets paid — we only carry out payments you've explicitly authorized, in writing or by recorded call. For individuals, family members can optionally be copied on confirmations, and we'll always tell you plainly if a request needs a signed authorization on file first.
A note on how we operate. Internet Checks (operated by Check Payments LLC) runs fully remote, with no physical branch or walk-in office. Print and mail work happens through vetted, secure facilities rather than a single storefront — which is also why every batch is checked by a person before anything goes in the mail.
